MGI Transport & Logistics is a well established group of companies, that has grown over the past decade, under the management of Murray Griffin. Today MGI Transport & Logistics can offer a complete origin to destination solution to all your transport needs, without having to source third party solution providers. All requirements, be they shipping and forwarding, warehousing, cross haul or special project work, can be handled by the companies that fall under the umbrella control of MGI Transport & Logistics.

Our range of services are provided under one management company, which allows for both the control and oversight of a large project, as well as being able to over piece-meal services to clients requiring only one particular service

We have extensive experience in standard transportation of FMCG and the special requirements of food grade warehousing standards, and yet have also specialized in undertaking non-standard project work. This includes the importation and transportation of machinery for mining, piping for pipe line projects and infrastructure for cellular
communication services.

Our main facilities are located near Durban and Cape Town international ports, with warehouse facilities in both cities. We also have facilities in the United Kingdom and China.

We consider the security of our clients’ cargo to be top priority until we have successfully delivered it to their site. As such we have ensure the best security features in all areas of our operation, we are properly insured and accredited and we have hired and trained good, reliable and long term staff.


	MGI transports to all major centers in South Africa, and across the border as well into Zambia, Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe. We have also started exploring the use of the Port of Beira in Mozambique, in order to bring imports into South Africa from the north.
